Heading home! Madonna and her brood jet out of Geneva after New Year on the slopes

 

They made it through the wilderness of the Gstaad slopes, and now it is time to head home.
Madonna and her brood were pictured jetting out of Geneva International airport yesterday after holidaying at the Swiss ski resort over New Year.
The family were still dressed for the slopes in warm winter gear as they made their way through the terminal.

They were accompanied by the 53-year-old singer's boyfriend Brahmin Zaibat, who joined the family during their break.

Madonna, who premieres her film W.E. in London next week, frowned as she checked messages on her phone while the family checked in for their flight.
The singer was dressed down in tracksuit bottoms, boots, a fur and knitted beanie hat.

There was no sign of Madonna's 15-year-old daughter Lourdes, who was pictured ripping up the slopes on her snowboard the day before.

While the rest of her family stuck to skiing, the dark-haired youngster took to the slopes in Gstaad on a board.

Wearing an all-black ski outfit which she completed with a shiny puffer jacket with a fur-trimmed hood, Lourdes looked every inch the cool teenager as she had a go at the winter sport.
Shadowed by a male instructor, Madonna's first-born looked keen to get going.
As she struggled to keep her balance as she glided across the snow, Lourdes took her first tumble but it wasn't enough to wipe the smile off her face.

She soon got to her feet again and was later seen boarding down the slopes after finally getting the hang of it.
The teen was obviously really proud of herself for having a go at the sport and couldn't thank her instructor enough.
At the end of her session, she was spotted giving him a big hug along with her younger brother Rocco.

The pair's 53-year-old mother also looked every inch the professional skier as she glided along, but it seems she may have needed a helping hand too.

Her young boyfriend Brahim Zaibit wasn't far behind wearing a light coloured jacket and carrying a rucksack.
Madonna's children appeared to be having the time of their lives including her younger kids, David and Mercy.

Malawian born David looked like he was concentrating greatly as he prepared to ski down the hill, but his younger sister Mercy looked a little less enthusiastic.
Wearing a pair of bright purple salopettes with a colourful checked jacket, the youngster looked wary of going it alone and stayed close to her instructor.
